Motian implements its Equality Plan

At Motian we take our work very seriously, but also the role we play as a company that generates employment and the quality of employment for each and every one of its employees. A social responsibility that we assume from minute one, convinced that a prepared, committed, equitable, inclusive human team, but also “protected in their rights and obligations”, is the key to our business success.

As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plan, we are finalizing the implementation of the Equality Plan, a document that positions us at the forefront of business in terms of CSR.

Motian implements this very important measure out of sheer conviction of its necessity, and also, of course, to promote and apply the universal principle of equality that is included both in the Spanish Constitution and in Law 3/2007 of March 22 for Effective Equality of Women and Men.

Transparency in salary assignments, attributed by strictly professional criteria, position and responsibility, without influence of gender. Specific policies for family reconciliation or the design of a plan against workplace harassment are some of the many measures included in our Equality Plan.

The Equality Plan has a Monitoring Commission, in charge of ensuring compliance with all its measures. This body will meet periodically with the aim of continuing to promote respect for the principles of equality and non-discrimination within the Company.
