In these summer days we work at full capacity for our client Eiffage Infraestructuras, in the earthworks of the construction project of the Conference Center of the city of Dos Hermanas, on the outskirts of Seville. An important project for this town and the province of Seville itself, which will see its offer improved in the sector of fairs and congresses.
The area occupied by the planning of the plot is 171,928.75 m2, including the plots for the 4 fair pavilions, the pedestrian sidewalks, the garden areas, the interior longitudinal and transversal roads, a transversal boulevard, the AP plots (AP- 1 outdoor exhibition area or area of attractions; and AP-2 or parking lots for emergency vehicles) and the accesses from the old A-8032 road, from which the fairgrounds and the park-and-ride car parks will be accessed. The global execution period for this project is 24 months.
Motian is responsible for the cleaning and clearing of 172,000 m2, as well as excavations, clearing, spreading with a scraper, irrigation and compaction with a total value of approximately 135,000 m3. Backhoes, bulldozers, tractors, scrapers and other mechanical and human means work at full speed for the correct execution of the work within the agreed deadlines.
